David Reid Homes Wanaka is the second franchise owned and operated by husband and wife team, Chris & Tracey Leith, who have owned a David Reid Homes franchise since 2005. Originally from Southland, their move to Wanaka in 2015 has enabled them to bring their years of skill and expertise to the Central Otago region and focus on building quality design and build homes in the Wanaka area.

Chris is a qualified & licensed builder, which combined with his more than 25 years experience building award winning homes means you can have confidence in his capability and commitment to your home design and build project, and know that the advice he gives is backed by years of experience and knowledge.
