Led by directors Fraser Mackenzie and Jamie Harper, our Queenstown team brings over 40 years of combined building experience to every project. As passionate locals, they understand the unique demands of building in this region and guide every client through the process with clarity, care, and expertise - ensuring hands-on involvement at every stage.

We build from the Gibbston Valley through to Glenorchy and south to Te Anau - and our portfolio includes homes across some of Queenstown's most sought-after addresses, including Jacks Point, Arrowtown, Hanley's Farm, and Koko Ridge. We also work with both local and visiting clients, and are experienced at managing remote builds with the same care and communication as if you were just around the corner.
