David Reid Homes Bringing New Franchise to Rodney

David Reid Homes is excited to announce a brand new franchise to add to our service areas in Rodney. The new Rodney franchise is headed by Malcolm Reid and Jessica Musson, and covers north of the Auckland region, from the Johnston tunnels, north to Marsden Cove.

Malcolm lives and breathes construction, having worked within the field for over 25 years as a qualified builder. With experience in civil construction and larger commercial projects as well as residential, Malcolm explains that he enjoys residential building most of all. When asked why he chose David Reid Homes, Malcolm explained that it was our “reputation of high quality homes, which fits with what he likes.” 

Next to Malcolm is his partner Jessica, who brings 15 years of experience in the civil construction industry, focusing on handling any challenges that may arise for businesses and/or residents during infrastructure changes. This experience makes her an important part of the team, bringing a strong ability to support their customers throughout the entire building process.

The wider Rodney region is located just north of Auckland, offering a multitude of landscape options to suit your needs. Malcolm explains that most people tend to move to the area looking for a slower pace of life, and a more balanced lifestyle.
