David Reid Homes takes home 3 spots in the House of the Year Top 100

The anticipation has been building, and now the moment has arrived—the Top 100 for the Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards 2024 has been announced! We're thrilled to share that David Reid Homes has not one, but three stunning builds that have made the prestigious list. 

It's a proud moment for us, as our projects from Taupo and Wellington/Kapiti have been recognised amongst the best of the best in the country. Whether it's the breathtaking landscapes of Taupo or the vibrant charm of Wellington and Kapiti, our homes are a true reflection of exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design. Waikanae - Into the trees
