David Reid Homes Wanaka New Display Home

After an amazing ten years at the helm of David Reid Homes Southland, Award-winning duo Chris and Tracey Leith have moved on, but their David Reid Homes adventure continues as the new directors of David Reid Homes Wanaka.

“We joined the David Reid Homes team in 2005 because we believed in the quality and design of their homes. We have had an amazing ten years in Southland and look forward to designing and building more award-winning homes in the idyllic Wanaka surrounds.”

Chris and Tracey wish their successors, Daryle Blacker and Nathan and Andrew Wheeler all the best and wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone who made their time at David Reid Homes Southland successful.

The pair also wish to thank all their past and present clients for whom they attribute a lot of their Southland success to.

“Over the past ten years we have had the opportunity to work on many amazing homes with our incredible clients. We have won a succession of awards including nine Master Builder House of the Year Golds and a National Winner.

“This wouldn’t be possible without the support of our clients, our suppliers, our subcontractors and our team. We thank you all for everything you have done, and continue to do.”

With their new display home open, Chris and Tracey have plenty to look forward to. Built on a 700m2 section for Otago rugby star Ben Smith and his wife Katie, the home reflects the region’s natural beauty while offering a relaxed holiday vibe.
