New Show Home Opens in Clevedon, Auckland

The new David Reid Homes Clevedon Show Home is now open at 12 Arahi Road. Come and experience its contemporary country design, considered details and indoor-outdoor living in person. It’s a great place to gather ideas, ask questions and start talking with your local David Reid Homes team about the possibilities for your own home.

Experience the Clevedon home’s design features

At 167m², the show home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its bold gabled form, generous eaves and clean lines create a distinctive architectural presence. Dark board-and-batten cladding is balanced by lightly stained cedar weatherboards, bringing contemporary style and natural warmth together.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creates a welcoming hub for everyday life and entertaining. A designer kitchen with custom cabinetry, a walk-in scullery and Dekton benchtops is complemented by feature panelling, a built-in bookcase and bar, and carefully selected finishes.

Look up to see high-level gable windows and skylights bringing natural light into the home. Openable skylights, a full central heating and cooling system, underfloor bathroom heating and Wiser home automation add comfort and practicality. Outside, composite decking extends the living spaces and connects the home with its surroundings.

Walking through the home lets you experience how its light, materials and layout feel in person.
