2020 David Reid Homes Conference in Queenstown Highlights

Franchisees and supply partners from across the country descended on stunning Queenstown and following a welcome dinner on arrival, day one of the conference saw them board the TSS Earnslaw to enjoy refreshments accompanied by a spectacular view en route to Walter Peak Station.

There, Laura from Realcountry NZ demonstrated and taught archery, clay bird shooting, and cracking whips (quite literally).

Our hosts put on a fantastic BBQ lunch and we presented the annual awards, and followed by an exhilarating ride on the Go Orange jet boats after lunch settled. Glad to be back on land, day one wrapped up with a casual dinner at the Cargo Brewery in Arthurs Point.

On day two we got down to work and our franchise directors enjoyed a number of business sessions followed by ‘speed dating’ with our suppliers. This gave suppliers 5 minutes of discussion with each of the franchise directions in an informal setting, a fantastic opportunity for exposure across the country for both parties.
